What would the benefits of this partnership and campaign be to both individuals and the organization?

Gather token holders and the network benefit in a few ways. This partnership opens the doors to academia and provides access to compute power within those networks as Gather move’s Give into the incubation process. Though, before that these donations help bring on more schools, refine the curriculum, and also seed some of the development needs to move things along. To the US individual and corporation, there could also be a tax incentive for donating appreciable property. So, not only are donations helping make a difference, it is also potentially offsetting some taxes here in the United States. I will let @tapuat speak more on the school side.

From a school perspective, we offer them a curriculum that empowers teachers to help children from 5 to 18 so that they can learn about the Sustainable development goals of the UN and about giving and saving money

The partnership will enable us to provide this curriculum to more schools

and therefore teach a sustainable financial literacy to thousands of children

For example, we have signed partnerships with existing school networks to be able to include them in our next pilots.

As a consequence, we have to upgrade our currently curriculum to ease the scaling and incorporate easily more and more teachers.

Part of the donated funds will finance such upgrade so that we can impact thousands of schools

Our aim is to increase financial literacy by 100% in the schools adopting GIVE Nation’s Compassion classes (our fin.lit. curriculum).

Give is a registered business in the US and a IRS 501(c)(3), correct?

GIVE Nation is a 501c3 in the US and as such is authorized by the IRS to provide tax receipts for US tax payers.

I believe @Pdevereaux you have more information about this, right?

We are registered in New Hampshire, in the US.

Fantastic, This allows US donations to be deducted from other gross income through itemization. Crypto is considered property in the US, so donations are limited to 30% of your adjusted gross income (AGI). There are plans in the future to provide tax incentives in other countries as well, correct?

Correct, we are currently becoming a part of an international network of Non-profits that will enable us to provide the same advantages in several countries like Europe, Canada, etc. This is very exciting for us.
